This report lists the (recurring charge) balance for each tenant / property combintation on a specified date, i.e. if the tenant has resided in multiple properties then there will be a separate entry for each property. As fees are associated with a tenant and not a specific property, they are not included in this balances detailed in this report.
Preparation of this report may take several minutes. When complete it will be available in CSV format within the Stored Reports area (Reports -> Management).
