The Tenant Summary Report provides a financial summary for each tenant within either a selected housing group or across all housing groups over a specified date range. It is intended to assist with the reconciliation and analysis of tenant account balances by summarising charges, income and adjustments during the reporting period.
Depending on the amount of data being processed, generation of this report may take several minutes. Once complete, the report will be available in CSV format from Reports → Management → Stored Reports.
