Arrears Analysis Report

This report provides a summary analysis of tenants in arrears. 

The total number of tenant accounts that fall into each of the following arrears brackets will be listed along with the total arrears, average arrears and number of units as a percentage of the total units that fall into this bracket:

• up to €500
• €501 to €1000
• over €1000

The total number of tenant accounts that fall into each of the following arrears brackets will be listed along with the total arrears, average arrears and arrears expressed as a percentage of the total arrears value:

• up to 1 week
• 1 - 3 weeks
• 4 - 10 weeks
• 11 - 12 weeks
• 13 - 24 weeks
• 25 - 52 weeks
• 52+ weeks

Preparation of this report may take several minutes. When complete it will be available in CSV format within the Stored Reports area (Reports -> Management).
