HAPM Reports

HAPM (Housing Association Performance Management) reports were developed and are managed by the Irish Council for Social Housing (ICSH). They are a self-monitoring tool for housing associations to assess their performance and provide a benchmark within the social housing sector.

The report gathers information in 4 key areas:

• Rents and Service Charges
• Allocations and Voids
• Repairs and Maintenance
• Landlord Tenant Relations

Affinity assists in the preparation of HAPM reports utilising data previously supplied. A report can be prepared for any specified date range. It will initially be made available in draft format allowing the user to adjust figures and contact details where necessary and complete other required information not available within the Affinity application.
