Within the Summary tab of the Property view it's possible to define the maximum number of tenancies allowable in the property. This refers to the number of current / active tenancies and will have a default value of one. The 'Max Tenancies' value, in conjunction with the number of active tenancies will determine the state of a property, which can be one of the following:
- Vacant - no active tenancies;
- Vacancy - there is at least one active tenancy, but the number of active tenancies is less than the Max Tenancies value, or
- Occupied - the number of active tenancies is equal to or greater than the Max Tenancies value.
The property's info bar will display its current state:
