Exempt a property from void reporting

You can exclude an individual property from void reporting by setting it as Void Exempt.

While the exemption is active, the property’s existing void history remains visible, but the property is excluded from void reports.

Set a property as exempt

1. Open Properties → List Properties and select the required property.
2. Select the Property tab.
3. Select Voids from the secondary navigation.
4. Open Options.
5. Select Set Exempt.

A warning appears on the Voids page confirming that the property is void exempt and will be excluded from void reports while the exemption remains in place.

Open non-standard voids

A property cannot be set as void exempt while it has an open non-standard void.

If an open non-standard void exists, edit that void and enter its End Date before setting the exemption.

While a property is exempt

The property’s void history remains available for reference. However, while the exemption is active:

• the property is excluded from void reports
• a new non-standard void cannot be added
• existing non-standard voids cannot be edited or deleted

Remove the exemption

1. Open the property’s Voids page.
2. Open Options.
3. Select Unset Exempt.

The warning is removed and the property is included in void reporting again.
