You can exclude an individual property from void reporting from the property’s Summary tab.
Set a property as exempt
- Open Properties and select the required property.
- Go to the Summary tab.
- Scroll to the Void Management area.
- Select Options.
- Select Set Exempt.
The following warning appears in the Void Management area:
Warning! This property is set to be void exempt.
Remove the exemption
- Open the property’s Summary tab.
- Scroll to the Void Management area.
- Select Options.
- Select Unset Exempt.
The warning is removed and the property is included in void reporting again.
