Property Overview

Identifier

This is a unique identifier, allocated by the application upon creation.

Housing Group

This is the housing group to which the property belongs. Each property instance must belong to a housing group.

Tenancy Type

Used by Housing Associations to assist in the identification of properties, along with associated tenancies, to which RTB registration requirements are not applicable. Properties leased from local authorities often, but not always, fall into this category.

Reference

This is a reference for the property allocated by the housing association.

Key Code

A code used to label the spare set of keys for this property held by the letting agency. (Note that for security purposes it is not recommended that spare key sets should be labelled with the address of the property.)

Type

The type of property, e.g. terrace, bungalow, etc.

Bedrooms

The number of bedrooms within the property instance.

Receptions

The number of reception rooms within the property instance.

Care Alert

The Care Alert may be used to note important details relating to a property, e,g. remedial works are required and the property is unavailable for letting. The care alert notes will be displayed prominently on the screen above the record when viewing this property's details.

Notes

The notes area can be used to record miscellaneous notes relating to the property instance.
