Within the Correspondence tab of the Tenant view it is possible to record details of both incoming and outgoing telephone calls, including:
- Caller
- Recipient
- Date / Time of call
- Arrears Correspondence - tick this if the call is in regards to arrears
- Call summary
'Note' that after recording such detail it is only possible to update / delete the call record for one hour afterwards. This is to ensure that the integrity of the record is maintained.
You can also send free form sms/text messages from the correspondence tab.
