How do I send a broadcast SMS?

To send a text message in bulk go to Tenants > Broadcast SMSs

This option allows you to send a message to all (lead) tenants, or all (lead) tenants within a specified Housing Group, for whom a mobile number has been defined.

This option should prove useful when you wish to notify all tenants of opening hours over a holiday period, or to alert tenants in a particular housing group of a scheduled interruption to water services.

Note that tenants whose account has been marked as suspended will be excluded from these broadcast messages.
