As the amount of information and functionality available within property records has grown - and will continue to grow with future updates - we’ve reviewed how these areas are organised.
The updated Property area groups related information together, makes commonly used features easier to find and provides a clearer structure for future developments.

Key highlights
- Clearer property navigation — related features are now grouped into Property, Tenancies, Asset Management, Funding, Inspections, Compliance, Maintenance and Documents.
- A dedicated Property workspace — Summary, Notes, Voids, Property Details, Photos and Map can now be accessed from a secondary menu within the Property tab.
- Property notes in one place — property notes now have their own area, with the latest note highlighted and options to add or export notes.
- Improved void history — the new Voids area shows the property’s complete void history, identifies New Lets and Relets, highlights ongoing voids and displays the total number of void days.
- Compliance information brought together — Compliance Checks, Energy Certificates and Insurance Policies now sit under a single Compliance tab.
- Maintenance brought together — Work Orders and Issues are now grouped under Maintenance, with Work Orders presented as the default view.
- Improved photo management — property photos can include a room and caption, and properties with multiple photos can be reordered using drag and drop.
- A more consistent experience — headings, actions, notifications, empty states and breadcrumbs have been standardised throughout the Property area.
The dedicated Voids area provides a complete view of the property’s void history.

Getting started
Open a property record and use the main tabs across the top of the page to move between the principal property areas.
When you select Property, Compliance, Maintenance or another grouped area, a secondary menu appears containing the relevant sections.
Available tabs and actions continue to depend on your organisation’s enabled modules and your individual user permissions.
No existing property data has been removed as part of this update. Some information has simply moved to a more appropriate location.
