New Features, Improvements, and Updates 

• Improved navigation when adding or modifying Property Components within the Asset Management add-on.
• The Next Scheduled Check year for Compliance Checks (Asset Management) now calculated from the inspection date of the most recent safety check of each check type.
• When updating a tenancy, if the user attempts to update the Tenancy Start Date then a confirmation dialog is displayed warning of the possible consequences.
• PPS Numbers of additional tenants added to Tenancies and Tenancies (Active) exports.
• New Maps feature added to the Details tab of the Property view which shows the property's location on Google Maps.
• New 'Clone' option added to Summary tab of the Property view, which allows the creation of a new property using information from an existing property.
• 'Transaction Type' option introduced to tenant batch statements, this gives the option of generating statements that contain only tenant charges / receipts, benefit charges / receipts or all charges / receipts.
• Added new letter tags for the core rent-only values which exclude any additional charges such as service charges etc
• Added the ability to customise the address a letter is sent to when generating a letter. 
• Added a new field "Lift Access" against the property details area to allow users to define if a property has access to the property via a lift.
• Asset Management functionality extended to Blocks.
• Stock Condition Costs management report updated to separate Property and Block costs.
• Annual Stock Condition Costs by Housing group report rename Annualised 40-Year Stock Condition Cost.

• Standard terminology applied across Properties, Housing Groups and Blocks. Safety Checks (Property) and Block Services (Housing Group) now referred to as Compliance Checks.
• The concept of Standard and Non-standard components removed from the property components (asset management). Users now have the option of renaming or deleting default components.
• Upcoming Component and Check Schedule management report added to detail individual properties and blocks with component replacements or compliance checks due during the 40-year forecast period.
• Reference field added to Block entity. Asset Management reports updated to link back to this where appropriate.

Bug Fixes

• Attachment Status value incorrect within Energy Certificate Details export.
• Error thrown when generating Work Order Event report.
• No entries listed in Local Authority Transaction Report.
• When viewing an inspection record the Inspection Details view contained a reference to the Inspection Record twice.
• Removed Energy Certificate Exempt checkbox from Summary tab of Property view as this is now set as an option within the Energy Certs tab.
• Fixed issue with property safety check filter. 
• Payments in CSV bank import payment are rejected if the current date coincides with the tenancy end date.
• Special characters such as quotes within the correspondence address of a tenant letter are not rendered correctly.
• When submitting a Tenant Issue the Email address is not highlighted as mandatory when it is.
• Compliance Report (Housing Groups and Blocks) included entries relating to housing groups associated with branches to which the user didn't have access.
• Error thrown when deleting a property if images exist.
