New Features, Improvements, and Updates 

• Properties tab of Housing Group view now includes a separate listing of any associated archived properties (if applicable), along with the option to restore them.
• Printable option added to Performance Report (Reports > Management).
• Tenant address added to Tenant Letters export
• Added the ability for users to add and manage their own tenant letter templates. The ability to manage templates for circulars and rent reviews will follow in due course. 
• Tenancy Type added as additional column to Tenant Fees export.
• Tenant Summary Report and Housing Group Summary Report updated to separate credits applied and charges / rent due into individual columns.
• Added two new reports to the Logs reporting area for Email and SMS logs respectively. 
• Support added for the 2027 version of the Westmeath County Council differential rent policy.
• New Asset Management module added. Forecast planned maintenance and compliance costs across your housing stock using configurable property components, Asset Management Profiles and comprehensive stock condition reports.
• Housing Group Summary Report updated to include Housing Officer
• Tenant Summary Report updated to include Project Leader. The report now also details the total value of any fees applied to each tenant during the report period, with the Income Received columns updated to include funds received in relation to tenant fees.
• Tenant Letters export updated to exclude deleted letters.
• Work Order filters are now remembered throughout your session, allowing you to move between work orders without repeatedly reapplying your selected filters.

Bug Fixes

• Safety Checks: Expiry date not updating to specified interval (as defined in Admin > Settings > Safety Check Types) when Safety Check Type or Inspection Date updated.
• Add Work Order button not disabled on submission.
• Fixed an issue with images not being displayed in the property inspection report print view. 
• Fixed an issue on the list properties where the number of results to display on the page was not working. 
• Resolved a problem in which the rent assessments management report always showed the previous rent value equal to the current rent value.
