- Extended password protection on emailed tenant statement PDFs to emailed tenant letter PDFs.
- Support added for 2026 version of Waterford City & County Council differential rent policy.
- Now possible to raise Work Orders against Blocks in addition to Properties and Housing Groups
- When converting a Tenant Issue to a Work Order it was previously only possible to associated the WO with a Property. It's now also possible to associated the WO with a Housing Group or a Block.
- The Housing Group Work Orders and Property Work Orders exports have been merged into a single export.
- Improved email visibility for tenants. Can now see all system emails sent to tenants, including statements that were attached. With email delivery status.
- Ability to create custom Work Order categories added.
- Property Issues - New 'Issues' tab added to the Property view which allows the logging and tracking of miscellaneous issues associated with a property. Multiple notes can be recorded against each issue, along with the ability to attach documents. Property issues can be exported via Admin -> Export, and a new alert report has been added to list all open issues.
- The option now exists to convert a Tenant Issue to either a Property Issue or a Work Order.
- Performance enhancements around listing and viewing work orders.
- Where a property has multiple, active tenancies, all such tenancies are now considered in the rent review process.
Bug Fixes
- The Void Report (Relets and New Lets) incorrectly reported a property as void when tenancy dates overlapped between one tenancy and the next.
- Error thrown when the 'View Work Order History' link was clicked when raising a Work Order.
- Eircode missing from Work Order correspondence sent to suppliers.
- Associated property lost when using the facility to bulk update Work Orders.
- Error thrown when generating Unscheduled Inspections alert report.
- Error in calculation of rent value using Sligo County Council differential rent scheme.
- If an imported payment file had zero valid records then it wasn't listed in the Processed Payment File report.
- Offaly County Council Differential Rent Scheme 2020 - remove condition relating to maximum increase in rent.
- When adding a new supplier, if invalid data had been supplied, the screen displayed to correct the errors did not include a list of country codes for the mobile number.
- The Alert Summary dashlet on the dashboard contains an entry for unprocessed Tenant Issues. Clicking through to the list of such issues only displayed those for the current month, rather than all time.
- In the exportable version of the Void Report (Reports -> Management), the Scheme Type column was not populated for properties that became vacant during the report period.
