New Features, Improvements, and Updates
- New 'Labour Hours' field added to Work Orders to allow the tracking of time spent on maintenance activities.
- Default Expiry Date Major and Default Expiry Date Minot fields added to Properties export
- Property Issues - submitter of issue captured and includes in associated export.
- 'Tenancy' and 'Sole Occupancy' Licence added as new Agreement Types within tenancy.
- 'Community Housing' added as new Service Type within tenancy.
- Additional detail relating to charge values added to Tenancy Details summary within Details tab of the tenant view.
- Tenant Statements - 'Household Budget' description added to those payments imported via houseold budget data file.
- Support added for the 2026 version of the Leitrim County Council differential rent policy.
- The (actual) Cost of a Work Order is now preserved when the WO is updated in an Assigned state and also when it is reopened from a Complete state.
- When raising a new Work Order the Current Work Orders area now includes a option to view additional details, including the Description of current, open WOs.
- Improvements made to exports of large data sets.
- Now possible to update the Property associated with a Tenancy.
- Update buttons disabled whilst updating a tenancy / adding a charge schedule to prevent resubmission of form.
- Now possible to set a property as void exempt even if an active tenancy exists. This is applicable for short term / emergency accommodation which may not be applicable for void reporting.
Bug Fixes
- Tenancies (Active) export was timing out when processing large amounts of data.
- Error thrown when adding a new Management Company if Financial Year Start not set.
- Prorated rents not being applied when charges values changed mid-rental period for monthly tenancies where rents are applied on the first day of the rental period.
