Annual Stock Condition Costs by Housing Group

The Annual Stock Condition Costs by Housing Group report compares projected maintenance expenditure across all Housing Groups within your organisation.

Note: This report is available only when the optional Asset Management module has been enabled for your Affinity account.

For each Housing Group, the report displays:

• Planned Maintenance costs
• Compliance Maintenance costs
• Total projected annual expenditure
• Average annual cost per property

The report provides a useful overview of future investment requirements and helps identify Housing Groups that may require increased maintenance expenditure over the coming years.

Note: The report only includes properties where the Year Built has been recorded and excludes archived properties.
