New Features, Improvements, and Updates 

• Update to Cork County Council rent policy. 
• Ability to store a tenant reference. 
• Possible to define a max tenancies value for properties and derive occupancy status. 
• Now possible to store / attach documents to Work Orders.
• Updated subject lines from Report to Statement for tenant reports. 
• Additional date validation enforced when progressing Work Orders.
