New Features, Improvements, and Updates 

• Updated rent policy for Longford County Council.
• Add the following heating type: Exhaust Air.
• New Customer Care request automatically sets owner to relevant Housing Officer. 
• Vacancy export renamed to Void Properties, to include Nomination and Technical void types.
• New complaint / customer care category for Resident Care.
• Updated tenant search to filter on PPS Number. 
• Added the most recent inspection date to the properties export. 

Bug Fixes 

• Fixed issue allowing deletion of tenant fee even with payment made. 
• Fixed issue with customer care request category of "Rent" stored as 'Structural".
