To facilitate new development work planned for this year we have taken the opportunity to lay the foundations for future updates by consolidating some of the tabs on an individual tenant view.
The tabs Letters, Complaints and Customer Care in the screenshot below:
have now all been merged into the Correspondence tab. This provides one convenient area where all tenant correspondence can be viewed and logged.
The update Correspondence tab now has an activity summary of all correspondence with the tenant including the method of correspondence. In addition, there is also the ability to view Phone Calls, SMS messages, Letters, Requests (previously Customer Care items) and Complaints.
This also allows us in the near future to build in an Email view to see all emails sent to that tenant including the ability to see if the email delivery status and if it was opened by the tenant.
