- Prevent rent assessments from being added with an effective date earlier than the current financial lock (when set) to ensure the integrity of accounting figures.
- New, non-configurable, property inspection type of 'Local Authority' added. When selected the user can indicate if an Improvement Notice has been issued in relation to such an inspection. The Performance Report (Reports -> Management) will now indicate the number of improvement notices issued during the report period.
- SMS broadcasts reworked to allow additional filtering to target the intended tenant audience.
- Louth County Council rent assessments - additional, explanatory text provided when providing income sources for tenants in receipt of state pensions only.
- New 'Unplanned Contact' feature added to correspondence area of tenant view to track ad hoc encounters with tenants.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue when generating a rent statement for a single property only, whereby the Your Balance and Benefit Balance figures did not always sum to be the same as the Overall Balance figure.
- The Alert Summary dashlet was reporting the total number of expired Energy Certs rather than those associated with the properties to which that user had access to.
- Fix issue with Galway City Council rent calculations whereby tenant's age wasn't being taken into consideration when multiple sources of income had been specified.
- Property Inspections export threw an error if any of the inspection records related to an archived property.
- Entries listed in Notice Alerts Report even though more recent tenancies existed for the associated property
