- 2FA authentication can now be enabled on a per user account basis. After entering username and password the user will be sent an email with a 6 digit pin which will be required to complete the login process.
- Option added to notify the maintenance email set in Affinity when a new tenant issue is reported.
- Pagination mechanism used to display lists of properties, alert reports etc. upgraded.
- Upgraded mechanism used to display PDF version of a list of bank accounts.
- Option added to Open Tenant Request alert report to allow filtering by request owner.
- Link back to request details added to the Open Tenant Request alert report.
- Link back to complaint details added to the Overdue Tenant Complaint alert report.
- Date into Housing Management within Property view made optional to cater for situations where a property has been acquired but won't be available to tenants until some (possibly unknown) date in the future.
- Support added for 2025 version of Cavan County Council differential rent policy.
- Support added for 2026 version of Roscommon County Council differential rent policy.
- Support added for 2026 version Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council rent policy.
Bug Fixes
- Performance Report - archived properties were incorrectly being included in dwelling totals
- Rent Statements - Where a tenant had resided in multiple properties, any opening balance was being incorrectly considered for the most recent property, rather than the first property that was active on or after the opening balance date.
