New Features, Improvements, and Updates
- Via the 'My Profile' area of Affinity a user can now specify which dashlets / panels appear on the dashboard. This is configured on a per user basis, meaning different users within the same organisations can have different dashboard views.
- Link to Statement added to the Balance figure within the Tenant Balance Alerts dashlet.
- Additional configuration option added that, when set, work orders and quote requests, when emailed from Affinity will originate from a central maintenance email address, rather than the email address of the Affinity user who initiated the action.
- Quick Search updated to return matches of the following:
- Property eircode
- Tenant eircode (secondary address)
- Tenant mobile
- Tenant phone
- Supplier mobile
- Supplier phone
- Additional column added to Property Work Orders export - Local Authority
- Property Inspection Types are now customisable via the Admin (Settings) area
- New feature added to the Tenant Correspondence area to allow the logging of emails to / from the tenant. Note that this feature is NOT an email client, i.e. it's not possible to send or receive miscellaneous emails.
