New Features, Improvements, and Updates
- Introduced the ability to print rent review letters after a rent assessment has taken place in bulk. This is done via the Rent Assessment Report and the letters can be generated in a batch for all assessments carried out in the report period.
- Updated WO order category "New Acquisitions (non-HAPM)" to simply "New Acquisitions"
- New tenant request categories added - Tenancy Sustainment, Rent Payment Plan
- Improved performance for Rent Assessment Report (Reports -> Management)
Bug Fixes
- Rent assessments - Double clicking on the 'Add Rent Assessment' button resulted in two rent assessments being added, one with the wrong value. This resulted in the associated tenancy being updated with the wrong rent value.
- Fixed an issue in letter templates where the monthly rent assessment value was adding the weekly charge value to the rent - not its monthly value.
- Thumbnail images were not being generated when adding images to site inspections (within the Housing Group area).
