New Features, Improvements, and Updates 

• No longer necessary to specify a Title for tenants and additional tenants
• Support added for 2025 version of Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council rent policy
• Added 'Key Worker' to the Tenant Balance Report
• Enhanced support for monthly rent values when performing rent assessments
• Filtered tenant statements - Where a tenant has resided in more than more property it is now possible to generated a statement which shows the rent charges and receipts for one of these properties only.

• Tenant Request category "Repairs" was removed, and all existing requests with a category of "Repairs" were updated to "Repair - Routine". 
• The Rent Balance report (Reports -> Alerts) has been replaced with the a more comprehensive Rent Balances Report (Reports -> Management). This report details the (recurring charge) balance for every tenant / property combination, i.e. where a tenant has resided in more than one property, an entry will be present for each property.
• Region and Branch filters added to Rent Assessment Report (Reports -> Management).
• 'Notice to Quit issued' indicator added to Details tab of the Tenant view. When set it will not be possible to perform any further rent assessments on the associated tenant, nor will they be included in any subsequent rent review process.
• When addind a new user account, the creator will only be able to associate the new user with branches that they themselves have access to.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue with the management performance report incorrectly dealing with archived properties
• Tenant refunds were not being considered will calculating income received total within the Housing Group Summary Report 
• Incorrect prefix for Work Orders within Work Order dashlet
• Fixed an issue with commas breaking the tenant balance export. 
• Fixed an issue with the RTB renewals import function.
