- If a Rent Policy has been defined within the Tenancy Details associated with a tenant, then this policy will be selected by default when performing a Rent Assessment.
- Additional tags were added to tenant letter templates to allow the automatic insertion of the tenant's overall balance and also the the tenant element of the balance.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where it was not possible to update a charge schedule entry to a decimal value.
- The notes section was missing when performing a rent assessment if the rent policy had been pre-selected using the policy detailed in the tenancy section.
- No longer possible to delete a recurring Charge Type if there exists tenancy charge allocations.
- Fixed an issue on tenant letters where the follow-up date was getting set as the letter date overwriting any value selected as the follow-up date.
