- Arrears Management / Repayment Plans
- Introduced the ability to specify a 'Source' when recording a tenant receipt.
- It is now possible to indicate that a property is 'exempt' from void reporting (via the Void Management pane within the Details tab of the Property view). Such properties will be excluded from void reports.
- Update applied to the SDCC differential rent policy to reflect the new State Pension contributory rate of €289.30 which became effective Jan 2025.
- Service Manager added to the exportable version of the Void Report (Relets and New Lets).
- Support added for Westmeath County Council 2025 differential rent scheme.
- Support added for Meath County Council 2025 differential rent scheme.
- Rather than a tick box the 'Special Needs' field within the Tenant (and Additional Tenant) view is now a drop down selector with various Categories of Need.
- Rent Assessments export updated to detail both the Rent Policy selected when performing the rent assessment and the Rent Policy as defined in the tenancy associated with the tenant (if one exists.)
Bug Fixes
- Rent Assessments export was returning zero data when Branches were not associated with Regions.
- Void Report was reporting incorrect void period if the most recent tenancy to commence finished before another tenancy at the same property.
- Void Report was excluding some Relets properties. This was related to the introduction of the 'exempt' setting on the Property view.
