- South Dublin County Council 2024 rent policy added
- Warning displayed in Details tab of Supplier view if insurance details are required and none have been defined.
- Capture water supply type against property details.
- Added the ability to set a phone number/extension against a user can be used as mail merge tags in letter templates.
- Improvement made to the process where transactions that could not be automatically matched to a tenant using the 'Import Payments' feature are manually processed. Such transactions are now matched to both a tenant and a property resulting in a more accurate association with the relevant tenancy.
- 'Transfer Application' added as an additional category for tenant Issues / Complaints.
- The order for identifying a Staff Member to associate with a Work Order updated as follows: Housing Officer, Service Manager, current user
Bug Fixes
- Ability to specify Bank Name when adding a bank account was missing
- Fixed issue whereby Submission Date was not being pre-populated when adding a new work order.
- Fixed issue whereby a currency symbol in the Value column of a payment file was breaking the import process.
- When adding or updating a user account the phone number and extension fields had been set to mandatory when they should be optional.
- After deleting a rent assessment the user was redirected to a view of the deleted rent assessment rather than a list of the remaining rent assessments associated with that user.
- Fixed an issue with property energy certs where it was retrieving incorrect details due to deleted certs.
