Generating a dispute summary and case pack

Use the dispute’s summary and case pack options to prepare information for review or sharing.

View or print the summary

1. Open the tenant record and select RTB → Disputes.
2. Select the dispute identifier to open its details.
3. Select Options → View Summary PDF.
4. Review the PDF and use your PDF viewer’s print or save controls as required.

The summary contains dispute details, stages, notes and document references.

Download the case pack

1. Open the dispute.
2. Select Options → Download Case Pack.
3. Open the downloaded ZIP to access the summary PDF and uploaded source documents.

The pack keeps source documents as separate files. It does not merge every uploaded document into one PDF. Document references in the summary identify the corresponding files in the pack.

Filenames

Filenames use the Affinity dispute identifier with hyphens, for example RTB-D-2026-00002-summary.pdf and RTB-D-2026-00002-pack.zip.

Before sharing

Check the summary and included documents before sharing them. They may contain sensitive tenant information and should be handled in accordance with your organisation’s procedures.

Generating a summary or case pack does not submit it to the RTB.
