Arrears Repayments

When a tenant enters an arrears agreement they undertake to make additional payments on top of the standard recurring charges, e.g. rent, associated with their tenancy. As such, these payments are made at the same time as normal rent / recurring charges, and are processed in exactly the same way as standard tenant transactions, either individually or via the bulk import facility. When processing an individual tenant transaction, additional information will be displayed providing details of the repayment plan and by what value the tenant arrears will be reduced by the received funds.
