Each tenant has an associated arrears level. By default, there are nine associated levels:
- Level 0 - Account up to date
- Level 1 - Gentle Reminder
- Level 2 - Strong Reminder
- Level 3 - Tenant follow-up required
- Level 4 - Repayment Agreement in place
- Level 5 - Breach of Repayment Agreement
- Level 6 - RTB Mediation agreed
- Level 7 - 28 Day Warning
- Level 8 - RTB Notice of Termination
The default arrears level for all tenants is 'Level 0 - Account up to date'. All changes to the arrears level must be manually applied via the Details tab of the Tenant view. The only exception to this occurs when a tenant, who previously was in arrears, clears all arrears balances. In such a case Affinity will automatically set this tenant's arrears level to 'Level 0 - Account up to date'.
