- Select "Work Orders" from the main menu
- Select "List Work Orders"
- Filtering by type, housing group and address is available at the top of the page
- Ordering by ID, Address, Submission Date, Priority or Category is available at the top right of the page
- To select by state, select 'Type' from the drop down box
- To select by property, select 'Address' from the drop down list
- To select by housing group, select 'Housing Group' from the drop down list
- To change the order, select 'Order By' from the drop down box
Work Orders can be viewed, emailed, edited or deleted by using the icons on the right. It is also possible to request a copy of an email to be sent to the housing association. Note that this option does not currently apply to automatic emails when a work order is assigned to a supplier.
To amend a completed work order click on the 'Re-open Work Order' button. If additional work is required a new work order should be raised.
Note, in order to delete a work order, the Allow deletions? setting must be enabled.
