Using Add-ons

Add-ons shows optional capabilities available for your Affinity account and whether each is Active or Inactive.

Open Admin → Settings, then select Add-ons under General Settings.

Available Add-ons

• Asset Management: stock condition forecasting and life-cycle planning.
• M3 Vision: integration with the M3 Vision asset management platform.

1. Check the Active or Inactive badge beside the add-on.
2. Select the add-on name to view its information and available configuration.
3. If it is inactive and you want to use it, contact Affinity Support about activation.

Asset Management Configuration

Within Asset Management, maintain Property Component Types, Block Component Types and Asset Management Profiles. Property compliance check types remain under Property Settings; Housing Group and Block compliance types remain under Housing Group Settings.

Use Asset Management Profiles to apply reusable selections to properties. Activation and setup should be completed before relying on forecasts.
