Viewing Property Voids and Void History

The Voids page shows the property’s complete void history, including New Let, Relet and non-standard void periods.

Open the Voids page

1. Open Properties → List Properties and select the required property.
2. Select Voids from the Property secondary navigation.

Each row shows the let type, void type, start date, end date and number of void days. The total number of void days across the property history appears at the bottom of the list.

An open void has no end date. Non-standard voids must be closed manually before another non-standard void can be added.

If the property is marked as void exempt, its history remains available but the property is excluded from void reporting while the exemption applies.
