Property Inspection Types define the different categories of inspections that can be recorded against properties, for example condition surveys, void inspections and pre-let inspections.
To access this setting, select Admin → Settings from the main menu, then click Property Inspection Types within the Property Settings section.

- Click Add Inspection Type.
The name is required and may contain up to 64 characters.
Editing a Property Inspection Type
Click the Edit icon beside the relevant Inspection Type, update its name and click Update.
Renaming a type updates the name displayed throughout Affinity, including existing inspection records, schedules and reports.
Deleting a Property Inspection Type
