Ordering Additional Property Units

Affinity subscriptions include a maximum number of properties that can be managed within the system. If your organisation requires additional capacity, you can request an increase directly from within Affinity.

Viewing Your Current Usage

To view your current property usage and request additional units:

1. Navigate to Admin > Settings > Account > Property Limit.
2. The screen will display:
   • Current Property Usage – the number of properties currently in use.

   • Current Property Limit – the maximum number of properties permitted under your subscription.

      

Requesting Additional Property Units

Additional property capacity is available in blocks of 5, 10 or 100 properties, depending on your plan.

To request additional units:

1. Navigate to Admin > Settings > Account > Property Limit.
2. Select the number of additional property blocks required from the “Num. blocks required” dropdown list.
3. Click Submit.

Your subscription will then be updated to include the additional capacity.

Important: Additional property blocks will increase your monthly subscription fee.
