How do I send a Tenant an SMS/Text Message of their balance?

There are a couple of areas within díon that allow you to send a text message with the tenant balance in a pre-defined format. If you have recorded a mobile number for a tenant, and indicated SMS consent, then:

1. In the Details tab of the Tenant view a mobile icon will appear alongside the tenant's balance in the Association Details pane. Clicking on this icon will display a pop-up window with the predefined message containing the tenant's balance.
2. In the Account List report (Reports -> Alerts) a mobile icon will be displayed alongside each tenant balance to allow the sending of a similar text message to that defined above.

Note: The format of the message described above can be updated via the SMS Settings tab of Control Panel (Admin area).
