Description

---|---|
PPS Number | The Personal Public Service Number (PPS No.) is an individual's unique reference number for all dealings with the Public Service, including social welfare, tax, education and health services eligibility. |
When an email address is specified for a tenant it is possible to email them a copy of their Tenant Statement directly from within the system. | |
Opening Tenant Balance |
This field is used when adding a property that your housing association has been managing for some time. If this is a new property to your housing association then leave the Opening Tenant Balance at 0. If this is a property that you have been managing for some time and you do not wish to retrospectively add all historical rent receipts then simply add the current rent balance for this property, i.e. Tenant Balance = Rents Paid - Rents Due A negative figure indicates that the tenant is behind in their rent payments. |
Opening Balance Date | This is a date for which the Opening Tenant Balance figure was valid. |
Care Alert | The care alert may be used to store important priority information relating to a tenant, perhaps of a sensitive nature, e.g. a drug problem, mental health issues or a history of violence. The care alert notes will be displayed prominently on the screen above the record when viewing this tenant's details. |
Private Notes |
General notes regarding the property instance. "Forwarding Address", "Lodgement Book Details" and "Employment Details" are not obligatory. |
