This report details all tenancies whose associated tenant balance is in arrears, i.e. total charges due exceeds charges paid.

Clicking on the arrears balance will provide additional detail, including recent payments made and a summary of correspondence with the tenant in relation to the arrears.

Where a mobile number has been specified for the associated tenant a mobile icon will be included alongside the arrears figure. A text message reminder can be sent to the individual tenant by clicking on the mobile icon. Alternatively, text message reminders can be sent to multiple tenants by ticking the check box alongside the mobile icon and clicking on the 'Text Tenant Balance' button at the bottom of the screen.
