Energy Certificate Report

The Energy Certificate Report provides an overview of the energy certificate status of every active property you can access. It includes properties with valid, expiring, expired, or missing certificates.

Opening the report

Navigate to:

Reports → Alerts → Energy Certificate Report

The report includes properties that are active and have not been archived. Access is determined by the branch of each property’s parent housing group.

Certificate status

Where a property has multiple active energy certificates, the report uses the certificate with the latest expiry date.

Each property is assigned one of the following statuses:

• Valid (green): The certificate expires at least three months from today.
• Nearing Expiration (amber): The certificate is still valid but expires within the next three months.
• Expired (red): The latest certificate has expired.
• Missing (grey): The property has no active energy certificate.

Inactive certificates are not considered.

Report information

The report displays:

• Property address
• Housing group
• Housing officer
• Energy certificate status
• Latest certificate expiry date
• Days to expiration

The Days to Expiration value is:

• Positive when the certificate has not yet expired
• Zero when the certificate expires today
• Negative when the certificate has expired
• Blank for properties without an active certificate

Filtering the report

Use the Status selector to display:

• All properties
• Valid certificates
• Certificates nearing expiration
• Expired certificates
• Properties with missing certificates

Select the required status and click Apply.

Ordering the report

The report can be ordered by:

• Days to Expiration — certificates requiring attention appear first; properties with missing certificates appear after dated certificates
• House Number ASC
• House Number DESC

Select the required option and click Apply.

Printing and exporting

Select Print to open a printable PDF version of the currently filtered and ordered report.

Select Export to download the currently filtered and ordered results as a CSV file.

Reviewing or updating certificates

Select a property address to open its property record. Energy certificates can be reviewed or updated from the Energy Certs tab in the Property view.
