Funding schedule fields
- Local Authority — the local authority responsible for the funding arrangement.
- Agreement Start Date — the date on which the agreement begins.
- Agreement End Date — the date on which the agreement ends.
- Funding Review Date — the date on which the arrangement should be reviewed.
- First Charge Date — the date on which the first funding charge should be raised.
- Frequency — the number of months between funding charges.
- Value — the amount of each charge.
- Description — a description applied to charges generated from the schedule.
- Payment Reference — an optional reference used to identify the funding arrangement.
How charges are generated
Affinity uses the first charge date, frequency and value to create funding charges automatically. After a charge is created, the next charge date advances by the number of months set in the schedule.
If the first charge date is the date on which the schedule is added, the first charge is created immediately. Otherwise, it is created when that date is reached.
Schedule statuses
- Active — the schedule is current and can generate charges.
- Suspended — the schedule remains recorded but no charge is created while it is suspended.
- Expired — the agreement end date has passed.
Manage a funding schedule
- Select the schedule from the Funding Schedules section.
- Use Options to edit, suspend, activate or delete it.
The options available depend on the schedule’s current status and your permissions.
