Work Orders record repair and maintenance work associated with a property. Work Orders are the default page within the property's Maintenance area.
Open property Work Orders
- Open Properties → List Properties and select the required property.
- Select the Maintenance tab.
- Select Work Orders from the secondary navigation if you are currently viewing Issues.
Information displayed
The list shows each work order's identifier, description, category, priority, submission date, days overdue and current state. Select the identifier to open the full work order.
Add a Work Order
- Select Add Work Order.
- Record the work required, its category and priority, the reported or submission date, and the contractor or owner information required by your organisation.
- Add any further scheduling, cost or access information available on the form.
- Save the work order.
The work order is added to the property and can then be managed through the normal Work Orders process.
Manage a Work Order
Open a work order to review its complete details, current state and activity. Depending on its state and your permissions, you can update the work, record progress, add supporting information and complete or close it.
Keeping the state, dates and notes up to date ensures that overdue information and property maintenance history remain accurate.
Filter Work Orders
Where the property has work orders, filter by Work Order State and Overdue, including Overdue Only. Select Apply to use the filters or Reset to show the complete list.
If no records match the selected filters, use Reset Filters to return to the full list.
Print or export
Open Options and select Print for a printable list or Export to download the list as a CSV file.
The actions and information available to you may vary depending on your permissions.
