The Inspections tab records inspections carried out at an individual property, including the date, inspector, property condition, supporting report and photographs.
Open Inspection Records
- Open Properties → List Properties and select the required property.
- Select the Inspections tab.
- Select Inspection Records from the secondary navigation.
View inspection records
Inspection records are displayed with the most recent inspection first. The list shows the Inspection Type, Inspected By, Date, Property Condition and Comments.
Select the Inspection Type or the View icon to open the complete record. A paperclip beside the Inspection Type indicates that an inspection report is attached.
Add a property inspection
- From Inspection Records, select Add Inspection.
- Complete the required details.
- Select Add Inspection to save the record.

| Inspection Type | Select the appropriate property inspection type. |
| Date | Enter the date on which the inspection took place. |
| Inspected By | Enter the name of the person who carried out the inspection. |
| Property Condition | Select the overall condition recorded during the inspection. |
| Improvement Notice issued? | Where this field is displayed for the selected inspection type, indicate whether an improvement notice was issued. |
| Inspection Report | Optionally attach the inspection report. |
| Comments | Add any relevant comments about the inspection. |
View and manage an inspection
Open an inspection to view its details, attached report and any additional details captured from an inspection template. Use Options to print, edit or delete the inspection where these actions are available to you.
Inspection photos
The Inspection Photos section appears on the inspection record.
- Select Upload Photos.
- Choose the required image files and upload them.
- Use Edit to record or change the Room / Area and Caption for a photo.
Select a photo to view it at full size. Use Delete to remove a photo where required.
