Viewing a Property’s Tenancy History

The Tenancies tab provides a read-only history of every tenancy associated with a property, including current and previous tenancies.

Open the property’s tenancies

1. Open Properties → List Properties and select the required property.
2. Select the Tenancies tab.

Information displayed

Each tenancy shows:

• the tenancy start date;
• the tenancy end date, where the tenancy has ended;
• the tenant’s name;
• the rental value; and
• the deposit.

Select the tenant’s name to open their record. The link and financial information are only displayed when you have the relevant permissions.

If no tenancies have been recorded, the page displays an empty state.

Tenancies are created and managed from the tenant record rather than from this property tab.
