Statements can be periodically issued to tenants to summarise transaction history over a specified date range. Transactions will be listed in chronological order and contain both debits and credits:
Debits
- Charges (Rents) due - these will be automatically applied by Affinity based on the tenancy information previously detailed.
- Rental debits - Manual adjustments to the rent balance
- Fees applied - Fees / fines / expenses charged to the tenant
Credits
- Charges (Rents) paid
- Rental credits - Manual adjustments to the rent balance
- Fees paid - Fees / fines / expenses paid by the tenant
PDF formats of statements can be printed or emailed.
