Work orders are used to coordinate all maintenance activities/repairs associated with properties and housing groups managed by the housing association.
A work order passes through a number of states until completion:
- Raised- this will be the initial state of the work order upon creation.
- Assigned - work orders will reach this state when they have been allocated to a supplier instance for action.
- Completion - when the supplier has completed any necessary work and issued an associated invoice the work order will be marked as complete.
