- From the main menu menu select "Reports"
- Select "Bank"
- Select "Supplier Transaction Report" followed by the "Next" button
- Select date ranges, followed by the "Next" button
- If the payment was recorded on the current date then leave the report start and end dates unchanged.
- If the payment was not entered on the current date then ensure that the report start and end dates span the date on which the payment was recorded.
- "Supplier Transaction Report" will appear automatically
- From the list of recorded transactions identify the entry that is in error.
- Click the checkbox to the right of the transaction.
WARNING: Ensure this is the transaction you wish to delete!
- Click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the screen to delete the entry.
